Orgonite is a man-made material composed of resin, metal shavings, and crystals. These components are mixed and poured into molds, then allowed to harden. These pieces contain 100% natural shungite.
Shungite is an extremely carbon-rich mineraloid, meaning that it shares many qualities with other minerals but does not have an underlying crystalline structure. Containing 98% carbon by weight, most shungite deposits have been found in Russia, with other deposits occurring in other parts of Europe and Asia. The oldest deposits have been dated to approximately 2 billion years ago.
