Every day, we broadcast live on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Our anchors curate a stunning showcase featuring our finest crystals, allowing you to shop in real-time.

Step 1: Join the scheduled Live Sale on whichever platorm is scheduled.

Step 2: See something you love? Request to see the item, and if you want to claim it, comment "C (price)" or "Claim (price)"! If someone else has already requested it, they have 'dibs,' but feel free to put in a backup claim just in case!

Step 3: For first-time buyers – After making your first claim, head to our website to create an account, then message our assistant during the show with the email address linked to your account.

If you've shopped with us online before, simply send us your email address so we can find you in our system.

Step 4: We’ll create your invoice and send it directly to your email.

Step 5: Complete the checkout, and get ready to welcome your new crystals from our Live Sale!

Each week, we release a fresh schedule for our Live Sales, which you can find on our social media pages, through email, and on our website. While we host daily shows, the timing may change from week to week. Occasionally, a show might be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

1. The anchor will invite requests to see specific items and perform a table scan for you to point out what catches your eye. The first person to request an item gets first "dibs," while others can put in "backup dibs." Once an item is shown, the customer can either claim it or pass, but claims will be honored in the order the requests were made.

2. If someone passes on an item—whether by commenting "pass," offering it to the next person, or leaving the live—the item becomes available unless otherwise specified by the host. At this point, the item can be claimed by anyone with a backup request. Backup claims can be made at any time by saying "backup claim."

3. The host may offer certain items as open claims, meaning anyone can claim the item—there are no "dibs" in this case.

***Please keep in mind that while your comment appears first on your screen, it may not display first on the anchor's screen. Their view may differ, so your comment might not be the first they see.

Yes we do! To keep an open box during CRG Live Sales, add this listing to your cart and complete checkout. A $25 deposit will be applied to your invoice and credited toward your total.

Be sure to notify the anchors during the show or within 24 hours of starting your invoice if you wish to keep your box open. Deposits cannot be made after the 24-hour window.

The $25 deposit will count toward your total, and your box will remain open for one week. Without this deposit, multiple invoices will not qualify for combined shipping. Your 10% discount for paying within 24 hours will apply when we send the final invoice.

Please note that if the box is abandoned, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be used as credit on future orders. This deposit applies solely to your current open box. E-mail livesale@crystalrivergems.com with any questions or to notify the live sale team of your open box purchase.

Your invoice will be sent the same day as the show. If your order totals over $30 and you pay within 24 hours, a 10% discount will be applied. However, if the invoice is not paid within 24 hours, the discount will be removed.

All invoices must be paid within 1 week, or your order is canceled. Your invoice will be sent to you on the same day as the show. The invoice will include a 10% discount if your order is over $30 and is paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours, the 10% discount will be removed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order:

  • 0 - 0.5 lb = $7.34
  • 0.51 - 1 lb = $8.84
  • 1.01 - 2 lb = $10.34
  • 2.01 - 4 lb = $12.84
  • 4.01 - 7 lb = $13.84
  • 7.01 - 9 lb = $15.34
  • 9.01 - 10 lb = $16.34

For orders over 10 lbs, the rate will be assessed by our shipping manager and shown within your invoice.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days after your invoice is paid. Shipping speed varies by carrier.

You may add 1-2 items to a Live Sale order at our discretion. However, website orders cannot be combined with Live Sale orders. If you need to add or remove an item, please contact your anchor.

We do not combine orders, but if you'd like to avoid accumulating multiple shipments, you can pay a $25 deposit to keep an open box. This will hold your items for a week, allowing you to add more to your order before finalizing it. Click here to pay an open box deposit.

During our Live Sales, we encourage positive conversations focused on the crystals for sale. We want everyone to enjoy their shopping experience and ensure there’s enough time to showcase all the beautiful items. If you have any questions about Live Sale orders, shipping, or procedures, please send us a DM. For all other inquiries, feel free to email us at shop@crystalrivergems.com.

If you need to leave the Live at any point and have requests, please inform the host when you'll be returning. Kindly avoid requesting items unless you're personally interested in purchasing them, so other viewers have the opportunity to shop.

Unkind or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in removal from the live stream and possibly being blocked, depending on the severity. CRG reserves the right to make these determinations. Please treat your fellow shoppers and sales staff with kindness and respect.

We also ask that you refrain from mentioning other sales platforms or sellers not affiliated with Crystal River Gems during the Live. Doing so may result in a strike or a ban.

Please note that each host may have their own unique style and slightly adjust procedures to fit their approach, which is why we value their individuality.

***All policies are subject to change as we continue to adapt to the needs of CRG and our valued customers.

Although we prefer not to, sometimes we have to add strikes to an account for different circumstances in order to maintain the integrity of our shows.

If 3 strikes are acquired, you may be banned from shopping on our Live Shows.

1 Strike may be given out in the event of items being put back after claiming, late payment, messaging staff on personal accounts, or other minor issues as needed.

2 Strikes may be given out in the event of items with a value of over $150 being put back after claiming, canceling orders under $300/non-payment on orders under $300, or unkind behavior towards other participants including customers and staff.

3 Strikes (accumulated or all at once) may result in a ban from our Live Sales. 3 strikes are issued for canceling or non-payment on orders over $300 or repeated unkind behavior towards other participants including customers and staff.
