Alligator Quartz
Alligator Quartz is a skeletal quartz usually occurring from smoky to clear quartz. It is often called an Elestial or "Jacare" (Portuguese for "alligator) because it resembles the skin of an alligator. These crystals are mostly smoky in color, are are recognized by multiple terminations, all facing in the same direction and appearing like scales.
