An Open Box lets you keep your bin open for 7 days by paying a $25 deposit. This allows you to make more claims throughout the week and combine everything into one shipment.
To start an Open Box during CRG Live Sales, add the Open Box listing to your cart and check out. The $25 deposit will be applied to your final invoice. Let the anchors know during the show or within 24 hours of receiving your invoice if you want to keep your box open. Deposits cannot be added after 24 hours.
The deposit keeps your box open for one week. Without it, you cannot keep adding items to your bin past the show, and your claims will not qualify for combined shipping. Please note, the $25 deposit is non-refundable if the box is abandoned and cannot be used for future orders. This deposit applies only to your current Open Box. Your 10% discount for paying within 24 hours will still apply to the final invoice.
