HOW CAN I SHOP AT CRYSTAL RIVER GEMS?
We have so many ways to shop at Crystal River Gems! You can buy anything on the website 24/7! We have also recently opened our new showroom, which is available Monday through Saturday, 10:30 AM-5:30 PM, and no appointment is necessary. All products and pricing are consistent across the website, showroom, and warehouse.
If you prefer a warehouse experience by appointment, where you hand-pick your items, or virtual shopping with your own personal staff member, see the info below:
WAREHOUSE SHOPPING
- In-person appointments are available to visit our warehouse, accompanied by a dedicated staff member. You will be guided through the warehouse and assisted with locating products and making your selections.
- Video appointments are different. They are conducted remotely via Google Meet, with your staff member touring the warehouse and assisting you in identifying and selecting products. You do not need to come to Pittsburgh physically. This is an excellent option for those outside of Pittsburgh.
- Appointments must be made with at least 48 hours' notice and are based on availability; Sunday-Saturday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM (see below to schedule)
- All appointments must end by 4:00 PM
- A $300.00 spending minimum applies; coupon codes are not valid for showroom and warehouse purchases.
- Any bags, purses, coats, etc., must be secured in a locker in our office during the appointment.
- For their safety and security, children are not permitted in the warehouse.
*** No minors under the age of 18 are permitted in the warehouse, for their own safety and security. If you arrive with an individual under the age of 18, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. ***
