How to Shop at Crystal River Gems

 

Three easy ways to shop:

 

• Website (24/7): Order anytime at crystalrivergems.com.

• Showroom (No appointment): Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM in the Diamond Building, Downtown Pittsburgh.

• Warehouse by Appointment: Hand-pick in person or shop virtually via Google Meet with a dedicated staff guide.

Warehouse Appointments

 

• Minimum purchase: $300 (in-person or virtual)

• Booking: Please schedule at least 48 hours in advance

• Appointment window: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (all appointments must end by 4:00 PM)

• Coupons: Not valid for showroom or warehouse purchases

• Bags/Coats: Must be secured in our office lockers during your visit

• Safety: No minors under 18 permitted in the warehouse
