Vera Cruz Amethyst is named for the only place it is found & mined - in Vera Cruz, Mexico. This rare form of Amethyst is normally a clear to very pale mauve, often with a darker mauve termination. Vera Cruz Amethyst grows as single or clusters of prismatic crystals which are pencil like, elongated crystals.
