Shipping Policy
Shipping times very. Items on hand ship in 2-3 days. Items that we order to fill your needs take 2 weeks generaly. ( Shipping charges are not refundable.)

Include a copy of your order with all returns.
Product returns must be in original condition and packing. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to issue you an exchange, credit, or full refund. Please call 412-391-5310 for instructions on returning items. Orders with 7 or more of the same item incure a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be within 10 days from time of delivery. We do not pay for product pickups. ( Shipping charges are not refundable.)
Creating An Order
1. Select Item for Purchase
This takes you to SECURE ORDER FORM. Click on the price beside the product you'd like to purchase. If there is more than one color, size, or design, make sure to click the corresponding link beside the item you want. This item will be added to your current order, and you'll see a new page listing all of the items you've indicated for purchase, including total price for your order (shipping costs, discounts, not included)
2. Change Quantities or Remove Items From Your Order
To purchase two or more of the same item, type in a new quantity for the item. Click beside the new quantity to recalculate your order. Your revised order will be updated and displayed.
To remove an item from your order, click beside the item you wish to remove. Your revised order will be displayed a moment later.
3. Continue Shopping
To continue shopping, click RETURN TO SHOPPING to browse other products.
Submit Your Order
1. If your order is not visible, click View Order to display it. Double-check all items and quantities for accuracy. Once you begin processing your order, you will not be able to make changes to the items on your order!
Click PROCESS ORDER to submit your order when ready.
2. Gift Certificates or Coupons
There arn't any, sorry.
3. Shipping Destination
Fill in the spaces shown with the shipping address. (International destinations are acceptable; we will contact you via E-Mail with the final international shipping charges for your order.) Please include the daytime phone number of the destination address for our shipping agent to guarantee prompt delivery. If you wish to include a personal message for the recipient of your order, you may enter one here. Choose your shipping method. Second Day and Next Day shipping incur an additional charge.
If there are any other special delivery instructions we should know about before shipping, please include them in the comments box provided.
When you're ready and you've checked the shipping address for accuracy, click CONTINUE PROCESSING ORDER. If you've forgotten to include some shipping information, you may be prompted to fill in the missing information before continuing.
4. Billing Information
Fill in your billing address, and credit card information. Don't forget your E-Mail address and please tell us how you found us. (What search engine did you use?)
When ready, and you've checked your billing information for accuracy, click FINISH PROCESSING ORDER. If you've forgotten to include some billing information, you may be prompted to fill in the missing information before continuing.
5. Your receipt is e-mailed.
The e-mail page of the order process lists your order total, shipping address, billing information and your Order Number. Please make note of your Order Number in case you need to contact us. If you wish, you may print this receipt out to keep for your records.
